Delivery: Beautiful Posy is pleased to offer delivery services to all areas of Australia including the METRO Areas of – Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth, Darwin and all areas in between. 

At Beautiful Posy, we understand your need to receive your products as soon as possible and aim to have your order sent within 7 - 10 working days of payment. If there will be a delay on your order for any reason, we will inform you as soon as we can.

The parcel may need to be signed for when it has reached its destination. If no one is home at the time of delivery, they will leave a calling card advising that the parcel has been left at your nearest Post Office. Once the shipment has left our premises and deemed as delivered as per the receiver's instructions, it is no longer Beautiful Posy responsibility.

Our freight costs include processing your order and handling. At Beautiful Posy we take extra care to ensure that your goods are packaged exceptionally well, minimizing the chance of damage happening in the post. If by chance, your goods are damaged in postal transit, please email us with photographs.

Beautiful Posy uses the services of reputable and professional courier service companies.

At times we will use Australia Post either with parcels of post bags. We do this for smaller consignments.

Delivery times and costs do vary depending on the volume of your order and your location.  Because of the wide range and bulky nature of some of our products, the delivery cost is calculated on the total actual weight and/or cubic weight of the items ordered.

After you submit your order you will receive an order number as well as an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an additional email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for detailed tracking information to become available.

We will always endeavour to find the most cost effective option for delivery for you.

Cancellations: We do not except cancellations of any kind once you have placed your order & paid it is the customers responsibility.

Payment Options: We have a Pay Pal payment method, please do not process your payment until we have confirmed your most cost effective option for delivery and confirmed that your requested products are available - we will contact you as soon as possible if there are any items that are unavailable and we can hopefully  offer you a suggested alternative.

Faulty Product: Please advise us immediately if you receive faulty product within 7 hours of receiving the order. We will do everything possible to ensure you receive a quality product, however occasionally faults do occur.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges so please choose your order & quantities carefully.

Return Policy: Please choose your order carefully as we are unable to refund purchases if you change your mind.
